recognition of the needs of the communications industry and the challenges
it presents, Greenwoods' training centre was opened to provide up-to-date
training and development for employees and customers where required.
Consisting of a replica switch site, it enables us to provide first
class training in a real life environment, where there is no risk
to a live network. It also enables us to re-train and increase skills
of staff who are outsourced to us from strategic partners during particular
projects.
Building on the success of the training centre is a new initiative.
With the focus in Greenwoods on providing total service solutions
we have expanded our training operation by launching the Greenwoods
Training Academy. This operation focuses on providing training as
a turnkey service to existing and potential clients. With a wealth
of experience in the communications industry, Greenwoods are uniquely
placed to provide world-class training backed up by field experience
and consultancy, which can be integrated as part of a wider service
offering or as a stand-alone solution to the training requirements
of your company.
Greenwoods' Training Academy provides a variety of practical and theory
courses through its replica switch rooms and dedicated teaching rooms.
Customer specific training courses can also be tailor-made to cover
areas that are important to your company, backed by specialist consultation
and technical advice. |
