 Our
installations operation is tightly co-ordinated by an experienced
project management group. This team understands the factors that are
important to the customers they deal with - namely a cost effective
service of the highest quality, delivered within set time scales.
Many of our project managers have joined us from carriers or OEMs,
where they have past experience in similar roles. Our expertise in
project management means that you can feel confident in handing over
turnkey projects to Greenwoods. From sourcing required materials for
an installation project to a total turnkey service, Greenwoods can
co-ordinate entire network build projects.
Our project management services cover materials sourcing, installation
of copper / fibre / data networks, site design, construction, mechanical
and electrical building services (e.g. power, air conditioning), base
station build and roll-out, logistics, network implementation, de-installation
and network rationalisation. We also have a great deal of experience
in managing OEM equipment as it is supplied into the network. You
can turn to Greenwoods for a service as extensive as you require and
can concentrate your efforts on other areas of your business in the
knowledge that we will be concentrating our efforts on meeting your
needs.
 Project
support
Our project support team is dedicated to ensuring projects run smoothly
and on time. Covering activities such as site surveys, site supervision,
clerk-of-works activity and site audits, they provide an additional
resource to the project management team. Although the project support
and project management teams work closely on a day-to-day basis, project
support is entirely separate and is primarily concerned with problem
prevention. If a problem is identified during a network installation project,
this team is dedicated to resolving it as quickly as possible. Having
no other commitments means that they will react immediately. |
