| The new partner, Twickenham-based Interface Components
has signed an exclusive agreement to supply its Type 43 connectors
to the market through the well-known Greenwoods Communications ex-stock
distribution arm. Interface Components was set up in 2002 as a UK
based connector manufacturer and bucks the recent trend of low quality
unapproved products. The degree of expertise and attention to detail
in the establishment of their manufacturing operation is reflected
in their recent approval rating by BT.
Greenwoods Communications Commercial Director, Peter Skinner says,
“Our approach is always to think about what the market wants
and work to that agenda. In this case, we have sourced a reputable
manufacturer endorsed by BT’s approval, who will supply Type
43 connectors at a cost-effective price with the scalability to
deliver to realistic timescales.”
The connectors will be available ex-stock from Greenwoods Communications,
enabling the company to meet the needs of its wide customer base.
This proven strategy has enabled Greenwoods Communications to win
a 50% market share in the UK for BT approved Type 43 connectors.
Speaking on the signing of the agreement, Interface Components
Managing Director, Phil Stanway said, “We are delighted to
have signed this agreement and look forward to working with Greenwoods.
We believe that this arrangement will be excellent for both parties,
broadening the reach of our products to a much wider audience and
allowing Greenwoods to offer their customers a quality UK manufactured
connector with the compulsory approval from BT.” |
