Greenwoods Appoints
New Head of Mobile Operations - 26th November 2002

| Greenwoods Communications,
the UK's leading independent telecom services provider,
has announced the appointment of Keith Slater as Mobile
Construction Services Manager. |
|

|
|
 His
main responsibility will be to head up and expand Greenwoods' mobile
services business, which incorporates the site acquisition, design,
build and installation, and commissioning of base stations and switch
rooms. Greenwoods' customer portfolio in this area already includes
Orange, T-Mobile and Vodafone.
Slater joins Greenwoods from MiVAN, a network contracting company,
as the Business Development Manager. Before that, he held a similar
role for MKI, a subsidiary of Worldcom.
"My aim is to build
on and expand the mobile services that Greenwoods currently offers
and ultimately develop the business into Europe's leading provider
of outsourced mobile services," said Slater. "I was very impressed
by the dynamism of Greenwoods and its customer list. The company is
very vibrant, with a clear vision and enthusiasm for what it does."
