Greenwoods Trains IX
Europe Engineers - 10th December 2001

| IX Europe, Europe's leading
quality provider of colocation, datacentre and hosting
services, has chosen Greenwoods Communications' training
centre to train all its engineers in cabling, termination
and cable management. |

Greenwoods' team of on-site specialist trainers
designed a bespoke two-day course for groups of IX Europe engineers
to be trained to a standardised, high level of cabling. The course
is run at Greenwoods' replica switch room, located at its Birmingham
facility.
Janice Cullen, data centre manager for IX Europe, said: "We are using
Greenwoods' trainers and training facilities because of their proven
track record of excellence in cable training. Our goal is to have
the same standard of expertise across all our engineering teams, and
Greenwoods was able to offer a course specific to our needs."
Wayne Hamilton, training centre manager at Greenwoods, commented:

environment at our training centre and a team of specialist trainers

cabling techniques in a safe environment to develop their skills."
