Greenwoods Continues
European Expansion And Recruitment - November 2001

| Greenwoods Communications,
a leading provider of products and services for the telecoms
and data sectors, continues to expand its European presence
with major contract wins and senior level appointments. |

Since April 2001, Greenwoods has won over 50 new
accounts across Europe with major carriers including Cable & Wireless,
Colt Telecom, Ebone, Fibrenet, Gibraltar Nynex, Global Crossing, MCI
WorldCom, Nokia, Nortel Networks and Siemens.
In line with the success Greenwoods has experienced, the company has
significantly increased its European management team. Ainsley Jefferson,
formerly director of network engineering and design at Interoute Communications,
has been appointed general manager for Europe and is responsible for
raising the company's profile and generating customer growth.
In addition, four account managers have been recruited to cover mainland
Europe and will focus on the key regions of Germany, France, Benelux,
Scandinavia, Austria, Switzerland, Spain and Italy. Their goal is
to establish the company as a major provider of telecom and data products
and services in Europe.
Nathan Mayhew, international business development manager at Greenwoods,
said: "Our ability to meet customers' needs by providing complete
and tailored solutions specific to their requirements has enabled
Greenwoods to continue to expand and succeed in the European marketplace." |

Greenwoods Communications

solutions for telecom network operators and OEMs. The company
