Buys Esprit Transportation - 23rd August 2001

| Greenwoods Communications,
a provider of services and products to the telecomms industry,
has bought Esprit Transportation Services, a company specialising
in transportation and logistics. |

Esprit now forms the bespoke transportation arm
of Greenwoods and will enable the company to meet increasing customer
demand for specialist delivery services to their sites.
John Greenwood, managing director and founder of Greenwoods, said:
"We identified the increasing need to support our customers with accurate
timed deliveries. We perceived a need in the market place to provide
telecom operators and OEM's with a flexible, tailored and timely delivery
service and have taken steps to address this need. Esprit was specifically
chosen by Greenwoods for its quality and reputation which will further
enhance our already high standard of service to customers."
The Esprit fleet comprises Mercedes air-ride vehicles with enhanced
suspension to cushion the movement of goods. This is essential for
transporting the often fragile or sensitive telecoms and networking
equipment Greenwoods supplies. In addition, all vehicles are equipped
with tail-lifts, load securing points, stairwalker, pallet trucks,
protective packaging materials and appropriate tooling. |

Greenwoods Communications
