The Test, Commissioning & Integration department was established to meet the growing need for multi-vendor installation and commissioning. Greenwoods has acquired the technical resources to provide this service and is conversant in the use of many OEM technologies with seamless integrations onto multiple global carriers networks.

Greenwoods is trained and accredited to work on the major OEMs' equipment. We have worked across Europe, the US and Asia for a range of global operators and OEMs.

Network rationalisation

Network rationalisation has become a necessity within the telecommunications industry, as carriers strive to maximise their existing networks.

Greenwoods has the capability to de-install and de-commission equipment (including the migration of all live traffic) at redundant or low capacity sites, re-installing and re-commissioning equipment at new sites where demand is greater. By optimising equipment usage elsewhere in the network, operators can enjoy substantial cost savings as the need to buy expensive new routing equipment is eliminated. Additionally, by using Greenwoods to perform this service, operators are able to improve network efficiency without incurring the cost of recruiting or re-training to acquire the necessary skill sets.
